Laguna Pharmacy is a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They take the time to explain medications clearly and even offer helpful advice when you have questions. The service is fast, efficient, and personal—something you don’t often find at big chain pharmacies. I always feel welcome and valued here. I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. I was struggling to get my medication because it was hard to find and I also had issues with my insurance. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me, followed up carefully, and made sure I received my medicine. Truly grateful for their support and highly recommend this pharmacy!

I came here after the Rite Aid on El Toro closed down, and I can honestly say I’m so glad they did! Laguna Pharmacy has been incredible, they are responsive, will call you back if they don’t pick up, they really actually care about my experience from picking up to checking out. If you’re young or mature, please give them a shot! LGBTQ+ safe, I am treated like a human being just like the other patrons, and I know it’s small but it means so much to someone like me ❤️ Parking is very accessible with plenty of front row spots and handicap ramps, handrails. They also sell a really impressive selection of common symptom relief, everything from eczema to the sniffles. A lot of it appears to be more natural relief and symptom focused, rather than the usual brand names. Overall, I think this is to say I’ve found my new pharmacy!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area. The second I walk in, the know my name and have everything ready for me. They truly go above and beyond to get me the prescriptions I need efficiently and as cost effective as possible. They are wiling to work through barriers, such as insurance, to ensure I get what I need. Not to mention, they are so friendly and kind- I often stay and chat with them for a few minutes. If anyone is looking for a pharmacy, this would be my #1 recommendation.

The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed.
